This makes Glarry #5 for me. I think they are very good for the price. They sometimes have minor imperfections and need a good set-up but you end up with a playable , decent looking guitar. Some people spend more, (sometimes MUCH more) for one guitar , than I have invested in all 5 of these. Only way a poor guy like me could have this many guitars to play with.

Arrived in pristine condition. Finish and fit are awesome, a beautiful instrument! I wanted to explore 5-string bass and this bass feels incredible! After a setup and intonation it performs beautifully. Lovely grain and the pickups really deliver. If a maple fretboard becomes available I will purchase another!
Loved my new Bass! I do have small hands and the neck is a little on the big side, plays well and very sensitive. There were some small scratches when it arrived which was kind of sad 'cause it was brand new. I did give a 5 star but a 4.7 would have been what I wanted to do, but round up you know.
My purchase came in a few days, out of the box, no damage. With a few minutes of cleaning and tuning, the bass was ready to go. I have changed a few things on it. Went with gold colored parts. Looks awesome and plays/ sounds great!!
I bought this bass for a school in the Philippines, and it is a perfect size for the students, and after setup it plays and sounds great. Note the "after setup" part. The intonation was so bad out of the box that I thought the frets were misplaced, and considered returning it as defective. It needed a TOTAL setup, as it wasn't even close, and was totally unplayable out of the box. Truss rod, saddle height and intonation all required major adjustment. Extremely satisfied with purchase, Bass is as described and sounds great. Needed asap for our son's class as his bass broke, the bass was shipped and delivered within a week or so of purchase.
Can say enough about the ease of transaction and fast delivery, will definitely keep in mind for future purchases and would recommend to anyone; don't hesitate, product is as described and will ship quickly. Thank you GlarryMusic!
pretty good. takes some time to get used to the odd shape especially when you sit down. case came scuffed up but not too much of a worry. very cheap, good quality considering that.
This is perfect for my purposes. I normally play Guitar, but needed an "emergency bass" to leave in the car at all times, in case my bass player doesn't show up at our twice monthly jam.
Got the bass, beautiful. Simple, clean smooth neck. My setup so far is 1) straighten the neck w/ the supplied Allen wrench, lower the action. That's all it took to get it to my preferred "playability".

I have to admit, for the price of this Bass Guitar my expectations were pretty low. But when it arrived and I unboxed it, I was blown away. Of course it arrived de-tuned, the string tension was reduced so the neck wouldn't deform during storage in the warehouse and the shipping time. I downloaded a Bass Tuning App to my phone and had the guitar ready to play in less than 15 minutes. The tone was perfect and I have no idea why other reviewers didn't like the factory installed strings, because I found them to be completely functional and I have no interest in replacing them until they actually wear out. I'm by no means a professional musician, I purchased the Bass to provide backup to my wife's Mandolin and it will be perfect for that function. It is pretty, well made, holds tune, and sounds great, and a great value for the price. What more needs to be said?
This bass arrived in less than perfect shape due to a shipping snafu during literally the hottest days of the year! The fingerboard was extremely dry, and the neck was bowed. After a week of allowing the bass to acclimate to its new home, making daily small adjustments to the truss rod, it was brought into decent relief. Daily applications of Neck Honey brought back the fretboard to acceptable condition. I leveled, crowned, and polished the frets. Daily applications of Neck Honey brought back the fretboard to acceptable condition. I leveled, crowned, and polished the frets. All of this effort was rewarded with a very easy playing and fun instrument that is great for a guitar player who occasionally picks up a bass, like me. After the basics of playability had been addressed I decided that it would be nice to have a more gutsy tonal palate on tap, so I added a MusicMan-style humbucker in place of the bridge pickup, coil split wiring, a five-way switch, master volume and separate push-pull tone pits that select caps for different tone coloring. Probably not a project that a novice would want to undertake, but it does provide an example of what can be done with this bass. The basic "bones" are good, materials solid, fit and finish is OK - nothing to complain about at this price point. Good instrument for kids or adults looking for a short scale bass.
Ok let me start by saying I know nothing about guitars. From what I can tell everything is included w instructions on how to assemble.
My intention was to create a custom one off paint job as an art piece so having a low priced guitar was fine & I love the shape of this. It should go well with the Heavy Metal theme Im planning.
At the last minute a friend advised me to get some better hardware so Ill be replacing some of the included hardware with higher end gear.

This will be given away after its been painted and built. Ill post a video of the finished product.
So far Im amped.
I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a budget instrument out of the box. The bass arrived quickly and well packaged. I don't think I've ever written a five star review for anything, but this bass is an exception.
Now, as always, there were issues that come with any budget instrument, particularly one this cheap.
1. The neck was bowed and there was ZERO tension on the truss rod. A few turns of the included allen key, and the neck straightened right up.
2. The outside edges ...I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a budget instrument out of the box. The bass arrived quickly and well packaged. I don't think I've ever written a five star review for anything, but this bass is an exception.

1. The neck was bowed and there was ZERO tension on the truss rod. A few turns of the included allen key, and the neck straightened right up.
2. The outside edges of the nut are cut very bluntly. It won't cut your hand, but running into that sharp plastic is quite uncomfortable. 60 seconds of light sanding with one of my girlfriend's emory boards fixed the issue.
3. The poll pieces of the pickups are not properly aligned. This is more of a rule than an exception, especially with instruments of this price range. I notice no significant change in the volume of the affected strings.
The first two issues were easily corrected and the third doesn't seem to affect tone, volume, or playability.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bass to a beginner, or a seasoned player like myself looking to expand their tonal arsenal.
Outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a nice kit to assemble. I'm glad I had a professional builder to help me though. It goes together as easy as advertised. I had to do all of the tuning to get it to sound great. That is where an experienced builder comes in. It would be worth spending money on having a shop set it up after you build it.
"The assembly went well. Although, If you've never put a guitar together before and are absolutely a newbie and have no idea what your doing then you might want to watch a few YouTube videos or the video provided by the seller. It came with instructions but they wouldn't be helpful if you don't know what to do.

All the drill holes lined up and there wasn't any holes that didn't get drilled or anything. The wood was pre sanded and beautiful. Our only complaint is the strings. They strings kinda suck and the d string (3rd string down) broke when we was installing them. Overall it was great though. I'll be buying another one just like it on my next payday. Thanks guys."
Awesome for the price, just got done staining the guitar gona put a nice coat of polyurethane to make it look perfect then gona slap some EMG 81-85's in it and this this should scream!! Great buy even if you was to use the pickups and hardware that comes with it. I'll definitely buy more!!!
I purchased this guitar kit and I am extremely happy! This kit provides everything I need to assemble my own electric guitar, allowing me to create my unique instrument - it's simply fantastic!
Sweet! All the parts and components of this kit fit great and went together fast...the set up to make it easy and fun to play took a bit longer. I had built a strat diy kit before; this is a great way to learn the mechanics of a guitar. I will buy another when they go on sale.
I love the guitar kits by this company, great for beginners. the most important things to keep in mind while building is 1. Make sure to use the video as a resource for instructions, and 2. make sure to adjust the bridge. It sounds decent and looks great with just wood or if you decide to customize it.
The guitars is one of the three major musical instruments in the world originated from Spain, which is divided into acoustic guitar and electric guitar, which have obvious differences. Ukulele is small exquisite and easy to carry, easier to learn and play.
