Well well well! What an incredible surprise this was! I expected to invest a good day or two of my life setting up this instrument. Apart from the high action and the slight intonation adjustment the instrument was perfect. Excellent tone, awesome feel, beautiful sound, if someone would have handed me this instrument I would have never guessed the price is so low. By far the best value for money in the musical instrument market. I would be most happy trying the upgrade, too.
what can i say, Excellent quality item, better than i expected, i have been playing guitars since i was about 10 both for my own personal use and in bands , im now over 65, I bought this bass for my son, and it plays fantastic without any faults.well done glarrymusic for procuring these at this cost. the quality and playabilty way outways guitars of much greater cost. I've been playing for over 55 years...guitar, bass, keys even banjo at times. I grabbed this 4 string fretless at Glarry's amazing price and I figured I'd give it a whirl. It did not disappoint. I've owned a number of brand name basses and this one holds its own beautifully especially as a fretless. Of course I'll set it up with my fave strings and get the action down to where I like it...that being said, it's absolutely playable right out of the box. Can't wait to try more of their products! So when ya spend $100 on a bass, you usually don't get much. However, this bass is very well built and has great tone. It's very light, so I recommend a thumbs down method of play. The neck dive is very minimal, the neck is satin and plays fast. This bass is a very good value and it was shipped perfectly on time and in excellent shape. The biggest thing to note is that it is 24 fret. That's almost nonexistent at this price (very rare in the bass market). The electronics are good, surprisingly go ...

I am pretty happy with the end results, I'll start with the cons because it's a short list: there were a few chips in the paint on the bass when it arrived (somewhere around 2-4). This is likely a shipping issue more than Glarry itself, however they are so small and obscure you would have to know they are there and look straight for them in order to see them. Now onto the pros: Price, price price. Glarry has put profit behind them and prioritized putting instruments into the hands of as many ...

Super pleased with the quality and playability. Would be a bargain at double the price. I was surprised how light this model is, after seeing reviews of the P and J models which noted "neck dive." No such problem with this model. Very pleased with it.
I have never touched an instrument before in my life. During quarantine, I just decided, "bass, why not." The price is NOT A SCAM!! Yes, there is some glossy finish that is peeling slightly at the corner, but that is an easy fix. I am 16 years old but the reported "thick neck" of the bass didn't phase me at all. I'm sure I haven't tuned it properly because I'm learning off youtube videos, but it sounds great, and that's coming from a jazz enthusiast. It's a relatively light guitar and isn't too ...

I am a long-time guitar player who decided during Corona lockdown that this would be the perfect time to learn the bass. I didn't want to spend much money but I wanted quality. After searching all the usual retail locations for a used bass, someone recommended Glarry to me. I was able to get a basic bass for less than any of the used ones, but the quality is amazing. It stays in tune, the neck isn't too wide or too thin, the strings were already the right height, and the electronics are fine. I ...
This all started with the purchase of a Glarry P Bass, Just wanted to see what you get for such a cheap price, outta the box played well and had nice sound...hums at high volume, but iI sanded the neck and fret ends, and put on a set of Fender Studio bass roundwounds , and this thing PLAYS and Sounds AWESOME!! Had friends play it who own Name brand P basses and they loved it. After that I bought a Strat Model 6 string, Gorgeous Natural wood finish, looks and plays like a guitar 5x it's value ! ...
I own 2 Glarry guitars. One bass, one guitar. They are a great value for the money. Are they as good as a $2,000 guitar? No. But they are great for a new player. They are fun to play, Light. You can upgrade them and make them great. You should put new strings on them at least. Maybe file the ends of the frets. If you put new Tuning pegs and pickups for a grand total of $200 in upgrades =$300 it would be as good as a $2,000 guitar to 99% of listeners. I want to buy 5 more, but my wife i ...

I read and watched many reviews prior to purchasing this bass, so i was expecting to really enjoy it and appreciate it's quality for such a budget price. Well, when i received it, I was still surprised at how awesome this bass really is. I'm a first time bass player, but play and own many 6 string electric and acoustic guitars so i can definitely spot quality. This bass has it! The fit and finish are spot on with no cosmetic flaws. The pickups themselves had become unadhered to the pickup ho ...

Set up very well, near perfect intonation and action. Straight neck. Electronics give off a slight buzz when DI into system when all 4 knobs all the way up. Frets beveled nicely on ends. Back of neck needed more sanding, has some rough spots. Shipped with brand new strings. Low B doesn't buzz which is amazing. Sounds excellent with a good pre amp. Highly recommend for intermediate bassists. Would I rather play a $1,200 P bass? Yes but I would rather pay $130 for a bass that is 80% as good and to ...

I bought the Jazz Bass in White. Body has scratches by the bridge where the strings load in. Fit and finish are good, neck joint is tight and clean. Neck is not a Jazz Bass profile, it's kind of in between the Jazz and Precision feel, slightly chunky, but very playable. Hardware does what it is supposed to, tuning keys are ok, probably the weak point of the whole bass. Electronics all function as they should, no grounding hum or buzz. Pick ups sound like Jazz Bass pickups should. I would like to ...
Just got the j bass in the sunset finish . 3 guitars and 2 basses later and I've yet to be disappointed ! I've been playing 45+ years and you couldn't get anything this inexpensive for the quality back in the day ! Rock on Glarry !
Cant believe the quality in this bass. Ive been a bassist for about 20 years and this plays right up there with any jazz bass ive played. Great job making a quailty instrument

Learning bass guitars do make you stand out from the crowd. The lead guitar usually expresses the face and sound of the band with an exaggerated feel, but behind it is a bass guitar that brings vitality to the same band. The bass player usually calmly performs his own performance, making the entire band's energetic heartbeat continue to beat.

Playing a electric bass guitar is easy to learn, but it's hard to master, it all depends on where you want to match. Bass guitars are very easy to get started, most people can master the basics and start playing right away, but learning best bass guitars can also be very advanced, because it is an easy-to-use instrument that can be almost as infinite as possible. The right quality of the correct tuning and playing bass guitar and the richness of the rich tones are truly fascinating. Being a bass guitar player and being able to create such a sound yourself is still a much more exciting.
