I got the GB short scale, it arrived when promised. It was packaged up well enough and arrived undamaged even though the outside box looked like it had been bounced and thrown about. With a few minor tweaks on the string height for my preference, it intonated quite well without any trouble. The guitar is as light as any electric guitar I've ever played, I passed it around to my band mates and they were amazed as well with its playability as well as with the overall weight of the bass. In summati ...

My husband is a professional bassist and I'm a pianist. We set out to find a short scale bass that our daughter could use to learn the bass. The bass guitars we own are way too big for her to be comfortable with as she's still a young child. After reading tons of reviews and watching so many videos, we decided to try this one. So we ordered it, albeit with some trepidation. We received it yesterday and my husband is surprised that it is actually better than he thought it would be. It does ne ...

I'm just getting into building guitars and I really enjoy it! The most time-consuming part is the painting but when its done, its the most important.

This is perfect for my purposes. I normally play Guitar, but needed an "emergency bass" to leave in the car at all times, in case my bass player doesn't show up at our twice monthly jam. Got the bass, beautiful. Simple, clean smooth neck. My setup so far is 1) straighten the neck w/ the supplied Allen wrench, lower the action. That's all it took to get it to my preferred "playability". The 30" scale is great for us guitar players use to 25" scales. (Standard bass being 34" which is too lo ...

My first Glarry instrument and I am completely satisfied with this bass; the craftsman quality for an instrument at this price is just unbelievable; the action is just right for my taste, the frets are properly set; I have (brand new) $1,500 basses that I had to file or adjust some frets that were sticking out and I was definitely surprised to not have this problem with the Glarry GJazz; I chose the Burlywood; it's beautiful and the finish is very well done; I'm now, confident with Glarry instru ...

This bass arrived in less than perfect shape due to a shipping snafu during literally the hottest days of the year! The fingerboard was extremely dry, and the neck was bowed. After a week of allowing the bass to acclimate to its new home, making daily small adjustments to the truss rod, it was brought into decent relief. Daily applications of Neck Honey brought back the fretboard to acceptable condition. I leveled, crowned, and polished the frets. All of this effort was rewarded with a very ea ...

1st time Guitar purchaser. I purchased this for my 16 year old grand daughter who wants to learn to play bass. The primary reason for this specific guitar is because she is 4'9" and I felt the smaller style would fit her stature better. She had expressed a desire to find a smaller bass as well... so this seemed like the right choice. I watched several reviews on YouTube of various small bass guitars, and this specific guitar GW101 was used by by a 12 year old young woman with the name EllenPlays ...

Learning bass guitars do make you stand out from the crowd. The lead guitar usually expresses the face and sound of the band with an exaggerated feel, but behind it is a bass guitar that brings vitality to the same band. The bass player usually calmly performs his own performance, making the entire band's energetic heartbeat continue to beat.

Playing a electric bass guitar is easy to learn, but it's hard to master, it all depends on where you want to match. Bass guitars are very easy to get started, most people can master the basics and start playing right away, but learning best bass guitars can also be very advanced, because it is an easy-to-use instrument that can be almost as infinite as possible. The right quality of the correct tuning and playing bass guitar and the richness of the rich tones are truly fascinating. Being a bass guitar player and being able to create such a sound yourself is still a much more exciting.
