I'm gunna be 100% honest here. As a luthier, there are a few things that caught my attention. The neck pocket wasn't routed good as it showed gaps when the neck is on. The neck heel was poorly done. The neck moves in the pocket when bolted which it should never do. The paint chips and flakes easily. The wood is spongy. Thankfully I am a luthier and can fix these issues no problem with little money. With those issues fixed and with some EMG pickups in, it's a great bass for the price. My ra ...

Neck came a little warped and the frets need work. The bridge saddle screws are all different sizes so set up is tedious. Pots are wonky and short out the pickups I'd you turn one off the other cuts in and out. The nut is cut kinda low. The pickup height screws don't move and the pickups came crooked.

Customer service offered a $10 refund after I made this review. I declined. They gave me $35 back. I can partially repair the instrument with that but the neck will still be warped. I'm glad my kid doesn't know that it isn't supposed to sound like a banjo on the 3rd and fifth frets.

It won't let me change the amount of stars for some reason, but at first I left a 2 star review because my string broke right away. But the staff was very cooperative in getting me a new one for free. 5 star.

The plug on the amp which came with the kit can't be used in the U.S. So I have a bass but no amp.

The price was good and the package came when we expected it. The products seem fine but the amp is not wired for North American plugs. I think it's European. That makes the amp unusable and thus, the guitar unusable. I've called 3 times to get a new amp sent and sent an email with no response. I'm very disappointed. Buyer beware!

Received my GJazz bass guitar on May 27th, when I opened the box the one of the tuning keys was lying in the box. I thought it had been shipped that way and I had to install it myself. I recently viewed some other Glarry bass unboxings on YouTube,and found that mine was shipped broken.

After submitting my review, I was contacted by Lin; he was very helpful. My bass arrived with a broken tuning peg, he offered a small refund or a complete replacement. I explained that I like the merchandise, I just wanted the part to have it installed. I received the parts within a week. That alone deserves a new rating of 5 stars. Thanks Lin.

Upon unboxing my guitar, the overall appearance of my fretless bass was stunning! The burlywood finish is beautiful and I was well pleased with its light weight. But after tuning the bass, I found it unplayable. Sounds good for a cheap bass but the gears were messed up on the tuning pegs so I had to replace them

There isn't much I can say about it. I bought my bass a week ago and paid extra for express shipping for it to be here sooner but it hasn't even made it to UPS yet. I don't know who to call because Glarry says it's shipped already but UPS says they haven't received my package yet. Hopefully things are just a bit slow because of covid but if not I don't know if you'd wanna order from here unless you want your bass to get lost in shipping. For 100 dollars I guess it's okay , sounds alright and kinda dig the shape of it just kinda sucks it's supposed to be a face of black to brown inwards on the body but there is heavy over spray of black on half of it . Other then that it's nice

Needed a full setup to make it playable. Has a muted sound no matter the tone setting and the B string is much lower in volume than all the others no matter what I do with it. Proves you get what you pay for with this one!

I believe that this would've been a fantastic guitar for the money. I was skeptical because I wasnt sure about the quality. My problem was that on arrival the head of my bass had a small crack and when I contacted the company I received no email to help. Also another problem I have is that I think the 19th fret I slightly taller or shorter than the rest so when I attempt to play at higher ranges I get a bad sounding buzz even though I've set this bass up several times trying to fix the problem
