This bass arrived in excellent condition and was easy to tune. The pickups sound good, although output was on the low side. Very lightweight, and I will put this in the class of basses I have played costing 2-5 times more. No set up issues currently, but I am relearning after a 20+ year break from years of weekend gigging. The included bag is fine, but offers little protection. This bass arrived in excellent condition and was easy to tune. The pickups sound good, although output was on the low side. Very lightweight, and I will put this in the class of basses I have played costing 2-5 times more. No set up issues currently, but I am relearning after a 20+ year break from years of weekend gigging. The included bag is fine, but offers little protection. The stock strings have the feel of much higher cost ones as well. Overall, I will give this a five for the money, and a 4.5 against other instruments I have played. This was a great axe to get my chops back, and I will get reacquainted with my flame top 5 string after I build my confidence on this.

Purchased this for myself and two grandchildren to use to augment our standard guitar playing. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in excellent condition. Did a simple setup and changed out the strings and I've got a nice instrument with a good future "mods" base. Remains to be seen how it will hold up under extended use, hence the only 4-star rating. Had what I suspected was an electrical issue with one of the pickup modules which turned out to be just in need of some setup tweaking. ...

Have to give a shout out to "Lynn" in customer service for her response in this matter and in general to my whole order of instruments, amps and a guitar stand. Very responsive to customer concerns and to following through with any issues and keeping me apprised of my order status through completion! Thanks, Glarry for making this a good transaction all around. Keep listening to customer concerns and suggestions and moving forward with design and production improvement.

The GP Pro just got delivered today and it needed to be tuned tuned and it's and it's ready to play.I did lower the action to suit my style but your set up rivals name brand F & G's. I have 3 other Glarry bass's that took much longer to set up but hey have been improving over the years.
