Very dissapointed. Ordered violin for my Grandaughter as a Christmas present. Was about to wrap it up, and decided to open it before I wrapped it. The violin does not have a bridge and it's not strung up.how do I give her this as a present?!

Update...violin had the bridge afterall. Didn't realize that the bridge was wrapped in paper under the tail piece. One of the strings easily popped after trying to tune the instrument. Will need new quality strings for this violin.

Absolutely buyer beware! So disappointed I didn't spend the extra 58 dollars for the Gretsch case, what a shame, see pictures, spent an hour with clear gorilla glue to keep the top" highgrain " material on as it was cut to short, and came with every curve and angle separated would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS CASE.

So after combing thru reviews I was resigned and ok with my patch job on the case, that being said I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email asking if I'd like a refund or a replacement, I replied that a new case would be great but what ever they wanted to do would be great. Upon opening the box the violin case was completely covered in mildew inside the case everything seemed fine I rosined the bow and was able to play for about 2 days and then the frog broke in half on the bow overall I'm happy to have gotten to play for the time that I did but sad the case was gross and the frog broke on me

There is no Customer Support with Glarry Music anymore. Within a month after buying a Glarry GC301 cello, the neck came off the cello. I reported this immediately and sent a picture using their system. I received emails from [email protected] (customer service) for a couple of weeks asking me the most pointless questions I ever encountered. I've previously had good experiences with Glarry Music, but my recent viola purchase was disappointing. The viola arrived without a bridge, making it unplayable. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed to purchase a bridge myself through Amazon, which was frustrating. Although they promised a refund of $10.76 to cover the cost, I still haven't seen the refund in my account. This lack of follow-through has been both inconvenient and frustrating.

I purchased an acoustic guitar as part of a set, intending to save time by getting everything I needed in one order. Unfortunately, the aux cable that came with the guitar was non-functional. Having to find a replacement for something that should have worked out of the box was disappointing and undermined the convenience of ordering the set in the first place.

The thing is damn near unplayable due to the amount of buzzing and also a loud grating noise that I cannot seem to fix no matter what adjustments I make. I sent a refund request and after an initial response there's been nothing.

Was not happy with this bass guitar. It needs much work. I tuned it because the 15 and 16 fret had same tune and the E and A string had sever buzzing. I don't know if it's worth taking it to get it worked on because of the price I paid for it. I need a 4 string because I have a 5 string so now I guess I buy another 4 string elsewhere.

Stay far away from this company. Not even 1 star. The worst for customer service I have experienced. If you want a cheap crappy piano that doesn't work when you receive it and then they send you do it yourself you tube videos with Chinese language to attempt to fix before they even refund your money. States once you fix the broken piano we will refund you then change it to we will exchange once you repair. Don't do it!!! They will anything they can to NOT refund your money and make things right! ...

I guess I was expecting a little better guitar than what I got. First off the neck had a bow in it and it was unfinished the frets were sticking out on the sides so I had to shim the neck and then take the nut off and trim that down some send it down just to get the strings close enough to the neck to where it was halfway playable just shoddy workmanship. I will never order from Glarry again.

The fretless bass is ok for a beginner. The fret board was really rough. The plastic nut was cut to deep causing the strings to bottom out in the F and F# position. And the strings are garbage. It has a nice tone and the finish on the body is good. The tuners was hard to turn. It got here pretty quick and undamaged. The truss rod is fine. The fretboard needed work, I had to sand it with 320. Then coated with polyurethane along with the whole neck. If you don't know how to do that your out of ...

Drum arrived with a hole in the 14" head. I tried to send an email to customer service but the email address link came back as undeliverable. Pros: looks nice hanging on my wall. Cons: two nobs wobble around like a joysticks, the bass isn't very loud on any amp or with any cable, even at max volumes on amp and bass, very quiet. Im assuming it is defective but at least I have wall art. Who has time to learn bass anyway.

Fixed it myself, had to replace neck. Put new humbckers. Replaced broken nut. Replaced electrical with fender set. Bass now hammers,great if u know how to set up a guitar

When I got my bass, I was not expecting much. The quality control is poor! The bridge screws was stripped out and neck bolts rusted . The fret board end was not finished and fitted poorly. I saw all of the reviews and took a chance. I would not recommend this bass guitar. The should be playable.

Okay so received the Glarry GT102 the body was in perfect shape upon further inspection tuning and stretching of the strings I noticed that the frets are super scratched and it appears they were hammered in with a waffle faced framing hammer and the fretboard itself wasn't even sanded to smoothness . I will be contacting customer service and see if we can resolve this issue
