Drum arrived with a hole in the 14" head. I tried to send an email to customer service but the email address link came back as undeliverable. I've bought a few products from Glarry in the past couple of years. The sax had stuck keys, my first bass guitar arrived with a broken tuner and now the drum has a hole in the head. Even thought the repairs a inexpensive for each product I've purchased, they have been a consistent inconvenience. Third time is charm.
