I'm very unsatisfied.I just received my new bass and the E string tuner is stripped right out of the box. It just clicks and doesn't tune the string.

I contacted Glarry and they immediately rectified the situation. I'm very pleased with their customer service and they care that their customers are happy
My Daughter loves this guitar. Great quality for a beginner. Super fast delivery. Very happy with our purchase and will share our experience with friends to purchase from here!
I could not be happier with this guitar package! I'm a beginner and this was a perfect find and fit for me. This bass sounds fantastic and the 20w amplifier is just loud enough to start this musical journey. Some friends have questioned me on where and how I got this deal due to the fact I've bragged about the price, quality, and free shipping. I enjoy watching the expressions change as they look at the $800 and up gear they have purchased in the past. Although I am not a employee of Glarry, I've been spreading the word on the quality and sound at a price that cannot be ignored. Again, I am beyond satisfied with my purchase of the black Burning Fire Electric Bass and amp!!!
Quite a good value for the price. I copper tape insulated the control cavity and pickup wells to tame the buzzing. Worked very well. I tightened the truss rod, shimmed the neck and it intonated just fine. I played this with a fairly loud drummer through a Rumble 40 for an amped acoustic trio. Pickups are hot enough, amp volume was at around 12-1 O'Clock. It's a beautiful bass too. When I pulled the input jack out to copper insulate the ground wire fell off, no big deal, just soldered it back. I ...Quite a good value for the price. I hope to also covert this to a headless bass.
I'd rate this as more of a 7.6/10 for a few reasons.
Pros:
First of all, the thing looks absolutely awesome. Second the pickups are really clean and sound pretty good. The trem bar is threaded so it screws in and won't go anywhere.
Cons:
I have only a few minor "issues" if you can even call them that with this guitar. I have only a few minor "issues" if you can even call them that with this guitar. The biggest one to me is the saddles are not easy to adjust if you screw up with adjusting them, the action on my guitar is still playable, but I had to abandon the Allan wrenches and use pliers to manually turn the screws. Another thing I've noticed is that the jack is a little tight. Your cord can slide in pretty easy, but it's fairly difficult to get it back out. The last thing is this, if you are expecting a protective case and a great strap, don't. The guitar is pretty good quality, but the accessories are not. It's still nice to have them, but the case is more of a bag than an actual case.
Conclusion:
If you're thinking about buying this guitar, I'd say go for it. If you're looking for a sick guitar with double humbuckers for an affordable price, look no further. Also here's a little tip, Glarry runs sales all the time on their website, and you can email them to get coupon codes to lessen the cost further. This is the third instrument I've bought off of their site, and two of those three are my favorite instruments out of my entire collection of instruments.
I wasnt really in the market for a new bass, but when I saw these I changed my mind. It arrived right on time and in perfect condition. The white finish is beautiful and flawless, and the maple fretboard looks killer! The inlays on the fretboard are perfectly done and the fret ends are nicely done!
I did have to do a bit of setup, but after 5 days travel to Illinois, that is to be expected. Minor adjustments only, though and the intonation was almost spot on!The neck also seems to be a bit thin ...I wasnt really in the market for a new bass, but when I saw these I changed my mind. The only negative here is unfortunately the pickup. Its probable that I just got a bad set, because all the other Glarry basses I have (6 in all) have good pickups. These set very low in the body and were far from the strings, so not much output. The foam on the back is not nearly thick enough, so I reinstalled the pick you p with some springs I had. This raised the height more than enough, but the output is still kinda weak, especially on the A and E strings. That's ok, because I've been eyeing some of the offerings from GFS, so it gives me an excuse to try one out!
All in all, I'm pretty happy. I think Glarry has another winner here!
I bought it for a project guitar.. I replaced everything but the Control plate and the pickups.. This guitar is a very fun guitar to play.. Used a standard Tele bone nut and locking tuners with new saddles.. This is a smoking guitar now..
I had to chip out some of the headstock in order to get the wrench in to adjust the truss rod and now I can no longer adjust the truss rod because a metal sleeve has shifted blocking where the wrench goes. Body is also incredibly light and the neck is very heavy so the neck dive is horrible. Tuners are also very stiff and the nut has a bunch of black gooey glue or something all over it. There was also a lot of fret sprout and the frets are rough and unpolished. The bass had several functional issues when it arrived but their customer service team were quick to provide a partial refund to smooth things over.
I got this as a 2nd electric guitar and it's awesome for a beginner or someone who wants to play around. 4 out of 5 because of a free ring on the G string around 10 and 12. Also feel the volume is lower than it should be but still with a good amp the volume is no issue.
So 4 out of 5. My reason is because I had to adjust the neck and bridge to eliminate some ringing on a couple frets including 1sr fret F and low C. Other than that for the price, quality, sound, packaging, body and all is good. This also is good if you are wanting to try a 5 string bass without breaking the bank. Its not for everyone but yes I would buy this again. Considering the 5 string jazz down the road.
Just received gp bass, white with maple fretboard / black block inlays and no pickguard today. Very light, plays great, rich bass, snappy highs and no sharp fret ends. pleasantly surprised. One of the sharpest looking basses I've seen and easily worth a higher price. I've played professionally for over 30 years and own several more expensive basses and am very happy with this purchase.
This is one of my favorite Glarry Guitars, I'm a big fan of this style and the color is beautiful. Sounds great as-is or a great platform for upgrades. I have a full unbiased review and demo on my YT channel: GToneGuitars.
I like the guitar a lot. There was a great deal of setup required on the guitar. Truss rod adjustment, dressing fret sprout. some fret levelling. addressing buzz from the bridge. etc.
One thing did disappoint me a great deal. I ordered this particular telecaster style instead of a competitors because of the beautiful blue color and the woodgrain which showed through.

My guitar came with so much black from the edges that my entire guitar looks black. I can only see some blue in the brightest sunlight and no woodgrain. A small issue I guess but it was my deciding motivation. I certainly cannot complain about the price however.

I am very satisfied with this guitar for the cost. I only have 2 complaints, and they are small. The nut needs just a little sanding on the corner on the high e string side, and the allen wrench that came for adjusting the saddles on the bridge was too small. Not certain if it is the wrong size, or if the saddle screws are slightly stripped. Because of this, I still have a small amount of string buzz. An observation when it comes to sound: this is not a $1000 guitar with a $250 set of electronics in it. For what they are, and the cost, this guitar sounds really good. I would highly recommend taking a little time to play woth the volume and tone knobs, as well as the tone settings on whatever amp you are using. I will say this, (this can be true for any new guitar) of you already have a guotar, and this is an addition to your collection, your setup from the previous guitar may not sound good with this model. This is not a reflection of quality on this guitar, but the simple fact that every guitar style needs a different pedal/amp setup. If you take a little time to set this guitar up, and a little more time to dial in your amp and any pedals you may have, you can get a really nice tone out of this guitar.
Completely satisfied with my purchase. Beautiful package I got for my sons 13th birthday and he's been practicing 3 hours per day. Definitely recommend!
I bought to learn Bass Guitar, I'm learning at an awesome rate on this Bass.
My instructor said it's weight is perfect, not too heavy. He's a Speed Metal player. That's what I'm learning.
I'm influenced by Grindcore and Death Metal. The design of this Bass Guitar fits with dark and creepy vibe.
Keep up the great work, Glarry!
I bought this for a modification platform as all the YouTube reviews indicated the neck and body were decent. Mine arrived in great shape, no issues there. It DID ned a string change, intonation set, and action lowered a touch, but I expected that.. do not recommend gifting this to someone unless you set it up first.

Interesting point.. I also own an Ibanez RG Gio, which cost twice as much. and the neck on the Ibanez has more issues than the Glarry! SHAME ON IBANEZ! I got to learn how to file frets thanks to Ibanez (the lamers).
I also own a Glarry 2-pickup bass.. same thing.. electronics suck, neck and body are great.
If you want a good, cheap guitar to learn mods on, get a Glarry.. the results are quite playable and toneful once you replace the electronics and hardware. I have an axe that plays as good as any Fender Player model for a LOT less, and I learned how to save cash on repairs and setups!
I ordered 2 and know they are cheap guitars but both had flaws. Your products are slipping from when I first started ordering.
