I'd rate this as more of a 7.6/10 for a few reasons.
Pros:
First of all, the thing looks absolutely awesome. Second the pickups are really clean and sound pretty good. The trem bar is threaded so it screws in and won't go anywhere.
Cons:
I have only a few minor "issues" if you can even call them that with this guitar. I have only a few minor "issues" if you can even call them that with this guitar. The biggest one to me is the saddles are not easy to adjust if you screw up with adjusting them, the action on my guitar is still playable, but I had to abandon the Allan wrenches and use pliers to manually turn the screws. Another thing I've noticed is that the jack is a little tight. Your cord can slide in pretty easy, but it's fairly difficult to get it back out. The last thing is this, if you are expecting a protective case and a great strap, don't. The guitar is pretty good quality, but the accessories are not. It's still nice to have them, but the case is more of a bag than an actual case.
Conclusion:
If you're thinking about buying this guitar, I'd say go for it. If you're looking for a sick guitar with double humbuckers for an affordable price, look no further. Also here's a little tip, Glarry runs sales all the time on their website, and you can email them to get coupon codes to lessen the cost further. This is the third instrument I've bought off of their site, and two of those three are my favorite instruments out of my entire collection of instruments.
I wasnt really in the market for a new bass, but when I saw these I changed my mind. It arrived right on time and in perfect condition. The white finish is beautiful and flawless, and the maple fretboard looks killer! The inlays on the fretboard are perfectly done and the fret ends are nicely done!
I did have to do a bit of setup, but after 5 days travel to Illinois, that is to be expected. The only negative here is unfortunately the pickup. Its probable that I just got a bad set, because all the other Glarry basses I have (6 in all) have good pickups. These set very low in the body and were far from the strings, so not much output. The foam on the back is not nearly thick enough, so I reinstalled the pick you p with some springs I had. This raised the height more than enough, but the output is still kinda weak, especially on the A and E strings. That's ok, because I've been eyeing some of the offerings from GFS, so it gives me an excuse to try one out!
All in all, I'm pretty happy. I think Glarry has another winner here!
I got this as a 2nd electric guitar and it's awesome for a beginner or someone who wants to play around. 4 out of 5 because of a free ring on the G string around 10 and 12. Also feel the volume is lower than it should be but still with a good amp the volume is no issue.
So 4 out of 5. My reason is because I had to adjust the neck and bridge to eliminate some ringing on a couple frets including 1sr fret F and low C. Other than that for the price, quality, sound, packaging, body and all is good. This also is good if you are wanting to try a 5 string bass without breaking the bank. Its not for everyone but yes I would buy this again. Considering the 5 string jazz down the road.
I bought this for a modification platform as all the YouTube reviews indicated the neck and body were decent. Mine arrived in great shape, no issues there. It DID ned a string change, intonation set, and action lowered a touch, but I expected that.. do not recommend gifting this to someone unless you set it up first.

I also own a Glarry 2-pickup bass.. same thing.. electronics suck, neck and body are great.
If you want a good, cheap guitar to learn mods on, get a Glarry.. the results are quite playable and toneful once you replace the electronics and hardware. I have an axe that plays as good as any Fender Player model for a LOT less, and I learned how to save cash on repairs and setups!
Guitar arrived just fine in standard shipping box. No damage. Glarry uses really cheesy film to protect the pick guard and it is hard to pick off all the nooks and crannies. Pick guard themselves are garbage: They are made of a super soft plastic than can be gouged with just a fingernail. Finish was fine. I did not detect any cosmetic issues.

These guitars do not come set up (it is a budget axe). The neck was WAY out of adjustment. I don't think I've ever had to turn the truss rod nut that many times...almost to cracking. For a fretless, the strings are wrong. Be ready to install some flats. I went with some tape wounds and the sound became much better.
The pickups are ok, no complaints. The rest of the electronics are fine. I do not hear any buzz and the pots seem to be slightly loose, but not a deal breaker.
The fingerboard is excellent. After a good set up, the guitar really sounds nice for a practice rig. There are fret dots on the edge, but it is a good challenge not having fret lines. Let your muscle memory work for you!
All in all, I am happy with the purchase. You absolutely cannot beat the price, and there is decent quality control to warrant getting one.

With a few minor adjustments this was ready to play right out of the box. All I did was adjust the truss rod and one saddle. I did use this guitar as a modding platform. A bone nut, roller trees, locking tuners, a high-end loaded pickguard and a new bridge. I also did some fret work and it is an awesome playing little guitar.
Overall the instrument is acceptable with several manufacturing defects which do not effect ability to play. Fingerboard has a misdrilled inlay which is cosmetic in nature and adds to character. Frets are not terribly proud of the fingerboard a file greatly improves feel. Action is high but to each his own and requires lowering of saddle to bring into better feel. Tuners feel ok and do their job without much complaint. Elected not to install the adhesive backed pick scratch guard. Got it on time mabe a little early. Its worth $129. Put better strings on it, you will want to do that. Had to tweak the input jack, no big deal. Decent sound. All and all, I'm satisfied. I would buy from them again
Its a nice guitar but it came a little smaller than expected and I can't get the E string in tune for some reason. The sound of the whole guitar is just off. and it easily gets out of tune.
Gutair is beautiful app is ok however the cord was broken so I had to order a separate one and the gutair case has no protection I would not recommend the case either. Will also be getting a new amp in the near future :)
So I am happy with my purchase of this Bass, it does have some issues. It does however look good, have playabilty (reasonable string height) and it works when plugged it. Now for the cons:1) The neck has an indentation on the treble side around the 11th - 12 fret but, doesn't effect the sound or playabilty2) There is a tiny gauge in the pic guard which I could care less about3) It has GLarry on the head stock. also I bought a set of black tuners and the top peg snapped off of one.
Sounds overall good. Great for a beginner bass. Mine came with a stripped truss rod tho which made it have fret buzz that couldn't be fixed by a professional :(

Very pleasantly surprised by this guitar. I only needed to set the intonation and shim up the humbucker (it floated top and bottom). I sanded down the back of the neck to knock down the drag from the gloss finish and it plays as smooth as my Fenders.
This was definitely a great purchase for the price. The amp has a "drive" effect that is a little bit rough to listen to, but it's as simple as turning it off. Other than that, I'm satisfied. No damage, all pieces present, and it looks great.
I purchased this guitar back on Sept. 2020. I had my tech guy set it up for me and it played good. although the high E string kept coming out of the saddle and hanging over the fretboard. Very frustrating. So I decided to Mod it. I bought new roller saddles and roller T guides and a new nut and tuning keys. I put some Rev. Willy super thin strings on it and it stays in tune and plays like smooth as a hot knife through butter. Thank Glarry for making affordable musical instruments for the working poor people like me!
Immediately after receiving the bass, I could not help but notice the amount of quality I got for such a low price. Despite the product description saying that it would include a strap and pick, I did not receive them, however I am not concerned as the quality of the bass overtakes these flaws. The bass was heavily out of tune, but overall the quality is amazing and it plays great.
I purchased for a friend. He is a beginner. It holds tune and sounds good through a decent amp. The amp that came with it was lacking. I would recommend the bass alone.
I love this bass. It was ready to play after a quick set up. It's beginner friendly. Nice sized neck and fret board. Great for the price. Cheaper alternative to a Fender Jazz Bass for someone who is beginning or just looking to play around with a practice bass.
I'll start off by saying, this is a really nice bass for such a low price point. It's very comfortable to play, sounds great and stays in tune. The only reason that I can't give it 5 stars is because it was pretty much unplayable out of the box. The neck was too straight, the action at the bridge was way too low, and the 23rd fret was a bit high. These 3 things caused a ton of buzz and even a few completely dead frets, so it wasn't really a functional instrument out of the box. However, after a simple setup (and filing the 23rd fret down slightly), it plays great. None of these issues really bother me, since I bought this instrument as a project anyway, so I plan on doing much more work on it, but I just thought everyone should be aware if they're planning on buying. If you are comfortable doing a setup yourself or paying a bit more to take it to a luthier to have them do a setup on it, this is a killer bass. Will definitely buy from Glarry again in the future.
The guitars is one of the three major musical instruments in the world originated from Spain, which is divided into acoustic guitar and electric guitar, which have obvious differences. Ukulele is small exquisite and easy to carry, easier to learn and play.
