This is a fantastic guitar for beginner guitarists or anyone looking for a great second guitar. Definitely earns its five stars!
The action is set up surprising well straight out of the box offering easy playability. There are minor blemishes on the finish, however they're only noticeable upon close inspection. The neck hits that sweet spot of being not to thick and chunky, yet not to thin leading to cramped fingering. The fret ends could be smoother, but they do not hinder frequent playing. T ...

Got a little less than what I was expecting with one. Unplayable out of the box due to setup issues. Not knowing how to do my own setups means I will have to wait an unknown amount of time before its playable.
Aesthetically its amazing, exactly what I was hoping for. Even the pickups sound decent. Will update once I've had it set up.

Exactly what I was expecting between reviews and personal expectations.
Some sharp fret edges, some buzzing around the fretboard. The nut will definitely need to be replaced.
As far as being playable right out of the box they nailed it Stays in tune, sounds great and its a joy to pick up.

Wow , shipping was quick. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised ! The instrument was pretty flawless. I had to do a bit of set up. Action was a too high and two strings needed the intonation adjusted. After that It was a darn decent bass. Pick ups don't have a switch but that's no big deal. Dial in what you like and go. Definitely a bargain .

Good product that arrived in time. Everything was how I expected which is nice. I was a little worried cause I never bought from glarry before but it's a good buy.

Very impressed with this bass. Straight out of the box it looks superb. Not heavy and balances nicely on the strap. The finish is flawless and it's well put together. I lowered the action a tad and it was ready to go. Volume and tone controls actually work and make a difference to the overall sound. I know they should, but some bass guitars at this price point dont, so it's great that these do. I would be quite happy to gig with this bass. Before I get into it, some quick details for modders! 10mm Tuners, and 2 1/16" Bridge spacing.
The guitar looks good, the chunk of maple the neck was made from looks good. The fretboard was pretty decent; no sharp fretwire sticking out. Fretends could use slight rounding.
Was able to do a setup with low action, intonating within +/-4 using GuitarTuna Chromatic Tuner. Low E would constantly fluctate in and around your tune. The strings are pretty bad, accidentally broke the D string adjusting a ...

This bass guitar arrived on time, but with slight scratches on the top surface of the bass. When I contacted support to inform them of the minor damage the new bass had when it arrived, their reply was: "you can paint it"! Unbelievable statement... A new product that was damaged when it arrived, and they said I can "paint it". No apology, or an offer to resolve the issue, nothing. Pretty good inexpensive bass (for the price), but customer support is horrible. Please take this into consideration ...

Ordered this to try to learn with my daughter. Shipping was quick and arrived in a timely manner even with the national lockdown. The shipping box had a tear in the side but it didn't affect the contents. Everything was in great shape. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend Glarry for anyone who is just starting out.

I have one small ding at the base of the back next to the strap button.. not an issue, adds character to the guitar.. very satisfied with the telecaster copy! Plays well!! Just wanted to know if you guys are going to be making a six string bass guitar?(various models) my third guitar jazz bass,gib5 and the black telecaster! I have a six string ibenaz, fender jazz,squire p-j, squire jazz! Glarry is very competitive with them! Kudos to your team!

I recently purchased this guitar after watching some reviews online. It was delivered quickly,and was packaged well. It did need a little tweaking out of the box. I oiled the fret board,filed the fret ends and added new strings and tuned it. Overall a nice guitar for the money,stays in tune and sounds nice.

Shipping came fast only 6days...Overall Great Bass the tone was killing especially for the price but it is a lot of hum from the volume knobs and hopefully in the future we can see maybe different neck options.

First off, I am not a newbie.
I have been playing over thirty years and much of that time as a gigging bassist.
I have 50 (yes, FIFTY) guitars and basses.
Once of the bass forums I am a member of had a thread about Glarry basses, and my first reaction was, "Who???"
Reading the posts, the reactions were surprisingly favorable, ESPECIALLY when I saw what the price points were.
Under $100 for a 4 string bass? A 5 string for $119 ... shipped?

The guitar is really high quality and works really well. The sound is great and the fretboard is really easy to play on. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the affordable price.

Not bad for a beginner guitar. Will not received above 3 stars from me as it does not stay in tune very well with how loose the knobs are. But hey, 40 some dollars and I have a kick around guitar for work.

Just got the j bass in the sunset finish . 3 guitars and 2 basses later and I've yet to be disappointed ! I've been playing 45+ years and you couldn't get anything this inexpensive for the quality back in the day ! Rock on Glarry !

Cant believe the quality in this bass. Ive been a bassist for about 20 years and this plays right up there with any jazz bass ive played. Great job making a quailty instrument

My bass came quickly. It was adequately packaged and arrived unscathed. After unpacking I immediately saw that it was very nice looking. I tuned it up and it sounds quite good. It plays well. This is a very good buy and a good value. I expected to get a bass that was functional and okay for a beginner. I found it to be that and much more.
