Very dissapointed. Ordered violin for my Grandaughter as a Christmas present. Was about to wrap it up, and decided to open it before I wrapped it. The violin does not have a bridge and it's not strung up.how do I give her this as a present?!

Update...violin had the bridge afterall. Didn't realize that the bridge was wrapped in paper under the tail piece.
One of the strings easily popped after trying to tune the instrument. Will need new quality strings for this violin.

When I originally saw your small kid's size basses on Amazon I thought one might be fun to have someday for travel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the body and neck. I had already planned to upgrade the pickups, bridge, pickguard, and tuners. I went with vintage Fender '64 pickups, tuners, and Fender 250L Super 250's strings. Plays and sounds high-end. I will certainly buy from Glarry again.

Im surprised of this little guy. Im a small person and it fits great in my hands. It has some rough edges and minor details that need adjustment like the action but nothing out of the ordinary.
The gig bag that comes with it is pretty cheap and barely fits the bass.
Sound wise I tested it and once the action was fixed sounded clearer, nice tone for chords but nothing too crazy. For the price I guess is great for kids and beginners.

My purchase came in a few days, out of the box, no damage. With a few minutes of cleaning and tuning, the bass was ready to go. I have changed a few things on it. Went with gold colored parts. Looks awesome and plays/ sounds great!!

I bought this bass for a school in the Philippines, and it is a perfect size for the students, and after setup it plays and sounds great. Note the "after setup" part. The intonation was so bad out of the box that I thought the frets were misplaced, and considered returning it as defective. It needed a TOTAL setup, as it wasn't even close, and was totally unplayable out of the box. Truss rod, saddle height and intonation all required major adjustment. Comes with usb/midi wires and usb-c converter as well. Works well with my ipad. Also can be used as a desk when not playing. Keys are a bit soft but that's expected for the price.

Extremely satisfied with purchase, Bass is as described and sounds great. Needed asap for our son's class as his bass broke, the bass was shipped and delivered within a week or so of purchase.

pretty good. takes some time to get used to the odd shape especially when you sit down. case came scuffed up but not too much of a worry. very cheap, good quality considering that.

This is perfect for my purposes. I normally play Guitar, but needed an "emergency bass" to leave in the car at all times, in case my bass player doesn't show up at our twice monthly jam.
Got the bass, beautiful. Simple, clean smooth neck. My setup so far is 1) straighten the neck w/ the supplied Allen wrench, lower the action. That's all it took to get it to my preferred "playability".

I am an older gentleman and love Jazz music. I decided to play the saxophone and bought the Garry black Alto Saxophone. After playing it for week I have learned the basic notes and I am able to make great sounds with it.

I have to admit, for the price of this Bass Guitar my expectations were pretty low. But when it arrived and I unboxed it, I was blown away. Of course it arrived de-tuned, the string tension was reduced so the neck wouldn't deform during storage in the warehouse and the shipping time. This bass arrived in less than perfect shape due to a shipping snafu during literally the hottest days of the year! The fingerboard was extremely dry, and the neck was bowed. After a week of allowing the bass to acclimate to its new home, making daily small adjustments to the truss rod, it was brought into decent relief. Ok let me start by saying I know nothing about guitars. From what I can tell everything is included w instructions on how to assemble.
My intention was to create a custom one off paint job as an art piece so having a low priced guitar was fine & I love the shape of this. It should go well with the Heavy Metal theme Im planning.
At the last minute a friend advised me to get some better hardware so Ill be replacing some of the included hardware with higher end gear.

I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a budget instrument out of the box. The bass arrived quickly and well packaged. I don't think I've ever written a five star review for anything, but this bass is an exception.
Now, as always, there were issues that come with any budget instrument, particularly one this cheap.
1. The neck was bowed and there was ZERO tension on the truss rod. A few turns of the included allen key, and the neck straightened right up.

Really impressed by this cello. Absolutely great price for an entry level instrument. You can learn cello basics without breaking the bank. This was a nice kit to assemble. I'm glad I had a professional builder to help me though. It goes together as easy as advertised. I had to do all of the tuning to get it to sound great. That is where an experienced builder comes in. It would be worth spending money on having a shop set it up after you build it.

Absolutely buyer beware! So disappointed I didn't spend the extra 58 dollars for the Gretsch case, what a shame, see pictures, spent an hour with clear gorilla glue to keep the top" highgrain " material on as it was cut to short, and came with every curve and angle separated would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS CASE.

So after combing thru reviews I was resigned and ok with my patch job on the case, that being said I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email asking if I'd like a refund or a replacement, I replied that a new case would be great but what ever they wanted to do would be great.

Upon opening the box the violin case was completely covered in mildew inside the case everything seemed fine I rosined the bow and was able to play for about 2 days and then the frog broke in half on the bow overall I'm happy to have gotten to play for the time that I did but sad the case was gross and the frog broke on me
