This is my first bass, and I'm really liking it. It required major lowering of the string action and a couple of frets were high, but a little bit of setup and fret leveling made it play very nicely. I would definitely buy another Glarry instrument.

Basic Strat type in burst finish at $65 delivered to central VA from MD... in a plain box and some foam and a sleeve to protect it. Cord, strap, plain unpadded gig bag, tremolo bar. It's a $65 delivered guitar, so it is cheap in every way for the components: light woods, light steel in the frets, budget metal in the hardware and tuners. Arrived in a great condition being only in one box. Finish is absolutely stunning, I love this yellow. So from the headstock down. Tuning keys perfect, no buzz or rattle, haven't found any buzzing frets. A very minor setup made the action perfect. The neck is a raw but smooth surface, I didn't find the neck to be as chunky as others have described it. I've had no snap crackle or pop out of any electronics. The product arrived in good shape and within a reasonable timeframe. No problems here. The guitar sounds great, though the pickups aren't exactly aligned with each strings. A bit of a hum when you crank up the volume. For the price, I like it.

I have played guitar for nearly 60 years. As of late I have been starting to do some recording in a small home studio. I have never played bass, so I decided I would try to do my own bass lines. For the price, this is a super value. Beautiful job on the body color. Mine arrived in perfect condition - no damage during shipment. All I did to make this guitar a little nicer was add a good set of strings, set the action and intonation (neck relief was fine). The other thing I did was go over the neck with 3000 grit sandpaper. Ordered a GIB Bass in Burrlywood finish. Got it in 4 days! Box as in good shape. I was pleasantly surprised it was perfect. Neck was straight, string height was very close and intonation was spot on. i like the bass guitar alot. it has a minor blemish on the neck near the headstock. but other than that it is nice. I gave it 4 stars because the 1/4 in jack caused a bit of buzzing, once i changed it everything was fine. Plays great and stays in tune. Just a suggestion, on a black guitar it would be nice to see all black hardware. I changed all the hardware and the strings to "black it out". see attached picture. Hope you like.

Great sound, clear and vibrant. Does not sound tiny like a cheap GC acoustic. Few rough spots on wood but not noticable. Too ofbody does dig into my strumming arm a bit, edge not very smoothed out.

I came across Glarry Music site during a google search and they had what I was looking for. I'm a little leary about shopping on-line from unknown sites but I took the chance. It was well worth it. The bass guitar I ordered come within 4 business days and was exactly as advertised. I love my purchased and couldn't have made a better choice. Some times people can be a little judgemental of things they aren't necessarily completely familiar with. One of the saddest aspects of this bias is how much THEY have to lose. I have had this guitar for over a year now. It feels so natural in my hands that I reach for it all the time. I like it so much that I'm about ready to buy one of those sweet looking yellow tele"s too. Been playing for about 45 years. It's not a Fender but these are really nice guitars. Buy one you will not be disappointed.

My 3rd Glarry instrument now! I have a GT508 acoustic guitar and a violin. Only problem I had is my bow on Violin would not take rosin. Found out I had bad rosin. The bass arrived on a very cold day. I let it sit overnight before unpacking after being told to let guitars sit and warm up slowly in packaging during cold weather. It works. I was very happy with my purchase. After 40 plus years of not playing I decided to get back at it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so t could be sure I really wanted to play again. Wow was I surprised when the Bass and Amp arrived. I have been playing now for about 2 weeks and am glad I went with Glarry. Also their customer service has been great.

I waited to do this review because the bass arrived with a broken G. Box was pretty beat up. I took it and had it checked out at my local music store to make sure there was no damage to the bass itself. None found. Sounds great! It's beautiful too.
