I can't believe it, but I'm missing four screws! How does something like this even happen? It's frustrating to receive a product with missing parts.

Unfortunately, the sound quality on this keyboard is lacking and the keys feel rather cheap. While it may suffice for kids or beginners, it's not ideal for more experienced players. That being said, it's still a decent option if you're looking for an affordable keyboard. If you do end up purchasing it, definitely consider getting the sustain pedal - it can make a big difference in the overall playing experience.

The quality of this piano is top-notch, and my son loves the sound. The only issue was the way it was shipped - as one large piece - which caused some damage to the top back portion. I considered returning it for a new one but decided against it since setting it up was already quite cumbersome. Nonetheless, at this price point, there shouldn't be any flaws.

This digital piano has a great sound and feel, and my daughter loved it - until we discovered that the pedals didn't work. We had to return it, which was quite disappointing. Make sure to test all the functions when you receive it!

Not the best, but still somewhat good. It's an okay piano. The feel of the keys are 'eh'. The headphone thing really got me upset tho. It's either, I'm doing it wrong, or it's just like this. But, when you plug in the headphones it does work, but you can still hear the sound outside (i.e. while playing it with headphones it's still heard without it). I don't really know how to fix it, but for now, the piano itself is okay.

Great idea- parts broke quickly. The media could not be loaded.Loved it! I purchased this for my kids. The light up keys are very useful in teaching them to play. I was sad there weren't any juvenile songs programmed. The microphone quit working after 2 ish hours. And after 1 week the power button won't stay pushed without a lot of repeated effort. My kids have not been rough with it.I am a total noob with music and I feel it would be easier for beginners if they had simplier level 1 songs to l ...

I bought this keyboard because of its affordable price, but I regretted it later on. The sound quality isn't fantastic, and it doesn't feel very sturdy. It's probably okay for beginners, but if you're looking for better sound and quality, spend a little bit more to get a better keyboard.

Overall it's ok but it has this very strong electronic smell. It was so bad that I had to take it out of my daughters room. Even with windows open.
