The bass and amp arrived earlier than expected, and is beautiful. The only complaint/issue is that after I placed the order, I never heard even a peep from the company. No acknowledgment of the order, no emailed receipt, no shipping notification, no tracking number...nothing. No communication whatsoever. Other than that issue, which is important for customer service, the bass is beautiful. The amp has a roar/static sound, but will work for practice I guess.

This a good bass guitar and a really great value. You just need to be ready for the little problems that you may find. The cavities are not shielded and the guitar does pickup noise. The neck pickup was stuck in the guard and had to be pulled a bit to come up to height. After a little setup and tinkering, it plays well and is fun. Just be aware that it needs a bit of TLC.

Better than what I thought it was going to be! Can hold a strat or tele securely. The case itself has a peculiar smell but with a little spray and letting it air out it's perfectly fine

The Good: This is a steal for the money. Out of the box it was a playable, solid instrument that a beginner could learn fretless bass on. It holds tune well, has minimal neck dive, and good quality wood. I was surprised and how light the bass felt and the neck was thin and fast. The pickup is solid and wiring was well done. The fit and finish was excellent. I would recommend this to someone wanting to learn fretless.

Awesome value! Of course there are a few issues: The fingerboard seems a little soft. My impulse is to want to put some kind of finish on it. The lack of fret lines on the side of the fretboard makes playing intonation more of a challenge than it needs to be. I'm not sure why they would bother to put the dots but not lines where you actually put your fingers. The pickups (I assume cheap ceramics, though I haven't yet looked) lack the low end definition that I'm used to. I ordered some P-Bass pic ...

This is good to store guitars at home. I wouldn't use this out live as it's not made for that. You'll have loose parts in a short time. Easy to put together.

Great case, great retro look.
I was a little skeptical about the quality of a case for this price but these are great.
Fit my Jackson LP style like a glove, even with the top mount Floyd Rose.

The bass is great, it looks good, has good-sounding pickups, and is very playable. There was a small issue with neck dive which I fixed easily with weights in the control cavity. I'm taking a star off for the amp. It has very few low frequencies and sounded much better when I plugged my guitar into it, also the speaker rattled around so much that it has what almost sounds like overdrive. Even though the amp is pretty much worthless, the bass is great, especially for $100.

Really liking the 4 and 5 string basses I've purchased from you along with my guitar. Wish the burning fire bass had shark tooth inlays and color options like the guitar. All play and sound nice. Keep up the good work Glarry!

There's nothing really spectacular about this bass, except for possibly the bang for your buck. What you get is a fairly well made solid instrument that does the job without any unnecessary frills! Mine arrived well packaged and in good condition. There are a couple of minor finish blends, but they aren't noticeable if you're more than a foot away. Kind of sharp fret ends. Not the worst I have seen but not the best either, they need a little bit of sanding down to make smooth. I have never done it before but I will learn. You can play it like this though. Most beginner might not notice it. Nice guitar for the low price point though and the shipping was fast and free. So, good job! If you guys would file the fret ends a little it would be better though! Thanks and God bless!

Bass is very nice and looks good, had to do a little setup on it, like smooth frets, truss rod adjustment and bridge height, but I expected at least that. the pickups are OK, and now that it's setup properly plays very well, no buzzing frets, straight neck, handles as well as my fender precision, the pickups I might change in the future, but it's a great road bass. don't have to worry if someone trashes it or comes up missing, I can just buy another. I'm literally sitting at work right now with this guitar. For the price I don't have to worry about it getting trashed and now I can sit on station and as long as things are quiet (which they usually are) I can pass the time away. Perfect purchase.

I'm new to 5 string and I don't think I could have done any better for a first 5er Bass!! I was actually surprised at the quality. Far exceeded my expectations! Good job Glarry, I'll be buying more.

The guitar came with everything listed, no complaints there. The guitar itself is good but not great, not sure if its because the tuning knobs are all on the same side. The spacing due to the knobs makes certain chords harder to do than I remember. Overall, its very worth for this purchase; I understand you get what you pay for, otherwise its a great starter instrument.

Received the amp with my bass guitar and it's small but adequate for practicing... Wish that it had a wee bit more volume but it's worth the price paid.

Red Burning Fire Combo Pack
For the price point, it's not a bad deal at all. The guitar had no real defects (like sprung frets, sharp fret ends, high frets, loose frets, etc.). The guitar was well packaged for shipment - showed no signs of damage by rough handling.
Unfortunately, upon opening the package, it was clear I'd been sent a guitar that had been sitting for a bit after being built.

I was looking for an inexpensive axe to use as a project bass, and found Glarry after seeing quite a few positive YouTube reviews. The guitar arrived promptly and overall looked good, a few sharp frets but for the price point it's to be expected. The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is because the screw in the top tuner arrived bent which caused the tuner to lean. This shouldn't be a major issues to fix, but it would have been nice if the guitar was playable out of the box.
