5 string bass in burley wood.
Fit and finish first class. Unbelievably light. Fantastic value for money. Mine played very badly out of the box, with the neck seemingly overdone on the truss rod. Relaxed that a turn, set intonation and saddles and it's pretty good now imo. Think it would benefit from having some frets filed a bit. But all in all it's excellent for the money. I could spend 3-4 times as much for the next up cheap 5 string, but I doubt it would play better and I bet it would be sig ...5 string bass in burley wood.

Very nice Bass.Almost unbelievable at the price.Purchased as a birthday gift and she loves it.I'm amazed at the whole thing!Shipping was right on time!
This bass is great. There was something that was way off. First the tuners were installed in a hap hazard manner as shown by the picture below. Apparently the bass was hit in the factory before it was boxed up as the G tuner shaft was bent and the tuner was hitting the D tuner. You have since replaced the tuners but the installation in the head stock. The space between the tuners is hap hazard, from E to A, 1/4 inch, from A to D, 3/8 inch, and from D to G, 1/16 inch.inch. On my Glarry GJ, they are installed with proper spacing.
The bass, after setup and adjustment, plays very well.
Very pleased with our purchase. This bass guitar sounds ds great, looks awesome, and compares favorably with instruments which cost hundreds of dollars more. Garry kicks axe!!!
I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bass, especially considering the cost. The amp is not grounded and does tend to hum excessively, but for relearning after over four decades off from traveling with a band it's great. I was also impressed that it came with round wound strings on it - back in the 1970's the Rickenbacker 4001 and the Fender Jazz bass I played came with flat wound strings that had to be switched out.
Bought for my son to learn bass guitar. He loves it! His instructor said it was a good guitar for lessons. I would recommend!Good quality and budget friendly.
I'm Impressed With My New Glarry 5 String Bass. It Came Only Needing Minor Adjustments - Mainly To Get Rid Of A Buzz At The 15th Fret On All Strings. Although The Finish Could Be Better, I See No Reason Not To Use This Bass For Practice, Learning And As A Stage And Studio Back Up Bass. As A Side Note, I Would Take It With A Grain Of Salt When Someone Says Their Glarry Instrument Arrived Needing A Lot Of Work Or Swapping Parts Out For More Expensive Parts. I really love the body style, the candy apple red w/ black hardware looks awesome, sadly when I received my bass there was obvious damage to the neck where it bolts on, there are fairly large gaps around the between the neck and the body, the fretboard had a chunk of wood hanging from it at the very end. There is also some minor damage to the headstock but is superficial and can only be seen in the light, but can be felt when you run your finger over it. I previously purchased a 5-string jazz bass from Glarry and didn't have a single issue with it. I still have faith in Glarry! I have requested a replacement and will update my review after receiving the new bass. Check out the pics below to see what I mean.

Updated rating 4* - Updated review: They sent a completely new bass at no charge to me to replace the defect one, the new one had a properly set neck and was flawless from top to bottom, the only lingering issue is a volume cutout when both pickups are at full volume likely due to faulty wiring as some have stated in other reviews and videos, but this does not kill the overall satisfaction with the instrument and I can still get a decent range of tone control in light of that issue. Glarry please look into the wiring issues that seem to be prevalent on this instrument. I was able to play this bass on Rocksmith but could not get it loud enough to calibrate during tuning so I had to manually override the gain to max 10db in the settings and the accuracy was excellent while playing.
The Glarry Bass plays and sounds amazing. I plan to use it for recording my new "Delta" album for Spotify.
I didn't have to do any luthier work to it, it was perfect as received!
It's very light though strong enough not to bend when tuning the strings.
The round-wound strings allow for sliding sounds and string slapping effects.
It's a very nice bass.
I bought it for occasionally playing alone and small rehearsals, Sounds great, only concern was with the paint, two woods came in different color, but i guess for the price its ok, also its hard to play with the left hand because of the deep neck, but again, for the price its great if you want something better go to usd 700+ price range
I am surprising happy with my new Glarry guitar. The feel of the instrument, how fit to my body was certainly a hugh plus. The sound was more than i had hoped. My only question is, how can you build a guitar that sounds that good at such a reduced price. I will certainly purchase again.
Very nice product craftsmanship on the body was excellent neck is straight. Worked as it should great product to model and upgrade I installed a hip shot drop D tuning and ernie ball flat wound strings Hey Seymour Duncan quarter pound pick up and electronics and a costum pick guard this is a real workhorse of a machine and the weight of the guitar is perfect
Product was perfect for my son. He just got his first bass from Glarry and he loves it! The price is below what I would have paid for this bass. Great quality and great for a beginner
Learning bass guitars do make you stand out from the crowd. The lead guitar usually expresses the face and sound of the band with an exaggerated feel, but behind it is a bass guitar that brings vitality to the same band. The bass player usually calmly performs his own performance, making the entire band's energetic heartbeat continue to beat.
Playing a electric bass guitar is easy to learn, but it's hard to master, it all depends on where you want to match. Bass guitars are very easy to get started, most people can master the basics and start playing right away, but learning best bass guitars can also be very advanced, because it is an easy-to-use instrument that can be almost as infinite as possible. The right quality of the correct tuning and playing bass guitar and the richness of the rich tones are truly fascinating. Being a bass guitar player and being able to create such a sound yourself is still a much more exciting.
