Such an awesome starter bass! Sure, it needs a few tweaks, but my bass teacher was able to lay a groove right away for me on such a bargain instrument. Quality construction, prompt shipping, and no problems whatsoever
LOVE IT!. Very well made. Beautiful finish and sounds excellent. Looks just like a Fender bass. Amp sounds great for practice and is louder than expected. I could not have made a better choice.
This Chinese reproduction of a Fender Jbass is awesome lol. I mean it's 100 bucks and jams. It's not super fancy or anything, but if you wanna get into the world of bass guitar and have 100 bucks to spend, give it a try if you're unsure.
My bass just came, and let me tell you, I am blown away! I'm learning bass using this instrument. After watching?multiple YouTube reviews, I decided to give Glarry and their instruments a go. I am overjoyed that I did. Glarry provides a high-quality guitar for a reasonable price. The shipping was speedy; it arrived in three days, which astonished me. I would recommend a Glarry instrument as a backup guitar, practice instrument, or just as a toy to anyone.
Very good beginners bass, my only complaint is that the chord broke pretty easily. However if you're serious about playing you should get a better amp and chord anyways.
I am a recording artist and purchased the Bass/Amp Combo to add bass tracks to my productions. It arrived quickly, in pristine condition. Electric Guitar has always been my main instrument, so dialing in a great bass tone is a skill I am still honing. At first, the amp left something to be desired... But after some research, I was able to dial in a solid tone that I used to record bass on 5 Heavy Metal tracks. I have since upgraded to a new amp (Fender Rumble 15, which I highly recommend) and the tone is spectacular. Punchy & Tight. I still use the GB-20 as an effective Studio Monitor. It is a great/handy speaker for playing music and other media through. The neck is on the thicker side, but very playable...The unfinished Maple Neck feels great! As a budget instrument, it is a great design. If a player decides to upgrade to a higher end Bass Guitar with a thinner neck at some point... They will have built a solid fret hand technique by learning/practicing on a more bulky design. I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. It is a fun instrument with a great feel. I chose the Burlywood Finish and it is a truly beautiful instrument. Huge appreciation for Glarry Instruments for making truly playable instruments at such an affordable price. If you're on the fence about purchasing this... Go for it! It is a high quality, budget instrument. In understanding the philosophy behind building affordable instruments, one can't help but to be thankful for such a great product. Buy it. Play it. Love it.

I'd been casually looking for a "used" fretless bass for a while......and then I found this one NEW at a price that made it an attractive option. I read the reviews that I could find....and decided to give it go. It is ultra light weight...which is a plus and a minus... it is a bit neck heavy and wants to neck dive a little. Not having any "fret lines" is inconvenient and makes things a little challenging, but... it really isn't as hard to play in tune as I had anticipated.... as long as I am pl ...I'd been casually looking for a "used" fretless bass for a while......and then I found this one NEW at a price that made it an attractive option. Not having any "fret lines" is inconvenient and makes things a little challenging, but... it really isn't as hard to play in tune as I had anticipated.... as long as I am playing along with another melodic instrument to gauge my intonation. Playing only with a drum track.... not so good with my imperfect sense of pitch. The body was listed as "basswood".... and after a little research, I believe this is actually Paulownia or wood from the Empress Tree which is prevalent in China where these are manufactured...and matches the grain structure on the guitar.... unlike the grain structure of basswood. Light duty hardware in looks, but it is doing a great job as of the writing of this review.

Amazing!! For the price you cannot beat it. Finish was good, stays in tune, etc. I'm more familiar with 6 string and wanted a beginner base. I would hands down buy again.
Bass arrived in great shape despite FedEx attempt in destroying it, so the packaging well protected the instrument. This bass needed a setup as the relief was way low, the nut was high for the A and D strings and the action was way high. With that being said, it was a very short while to set up to my liking and it plays very well with no fret buzz anywhere. Great looking bass and I consider it a super value too! I wanted to get a cheap bass to be able pluck around on some tracks and just have another fun instrument to play around the house. I have played a lot of basses over the years, some upwards of $3k. I have to say that this bass has phenomenal play-ability and great tone. On top of that it is light on the shoulder and the wallet. Well worth the money I spent. Highly recommend.
I bought this bass for my little brother for a surprise.I took it to him and told him I was gonna buy it from a friend hoping he could find a reason to knock the price down.He tried for about 20 mins. when he told me he really couldn't find a reason I said to him good then take care of it he loves it.
I waited a month before doing my review to make sure everything was not too good to be true. The tones that you can get are wonderful. The light weight of the bass makes it easy to play for hours with a strap. I was pleasantly surprised with playability of this bass. I did not have a jazz bass so I took a chance on this and I was really suprized that it sounds and feels so good. I had to file the fret ends ( too sharp) but no big deal at this price. I had a set of flatwounds kicking around so I put those on. That is all I had to do. I would take this to a gig, no problem. Lots of tonal diversity. If you are wanting to try a jazz bass and you dont want to spend a lot this is for you!!!
This bass is stunningly beautiful! The finish is perfect... I couldn't find any flaws anywhere! All I had to do was tune up and play. There is a few spots of buzziness on the fretboard, but I'm going to let it acclimate for a day or 2, then change the strings and give it a good setup. The fretboard is a bit dry, so I'll oil that, too.Plugged in, it sounds good. Maybe a bit bright, but putting a different set of strings on will change that. The bass arrived 7 days early...nice. I had an issue on my end early on and Glarry responded immediately. Much appreciated. The bass was wrapped in protective wrapping and encased in a rigid styrofoam coffin type deal, then placed in a cardboard box.The bass arrived with no dents dings or riff raff. The body is lighter than my other basses and the neck I feel balances out nicely since I have large robust hands. The pickups honestly sound way better than I expected, sorry it's not a dig. The bridge has a nice jazzy growl and the neck pickup sounds warm and pink floydy. The fretboard and frets are nice and leveled. It came practically already intonated. And it holds a tune exceptionally well. I'm going to fiddle with the action a bit but I'm telling you's.... This bass can't be beat or even approcached for the price.Overall I'm extremely happy and satisfied. I'm hoping they open up a maple fretboard option for the Jazz Bass. That'd be beautiful.
Learning bass guitars do make you stand out from the crowd. The lead guitar usually expresses the face and sound of the band with an exaggerated feel, but behind it is a bass guitar that brings vitality to the same band. The bass player usually calmly performs his own performance, making the entire band's energetic heartbeat continue to beat.
Playing a electric bass guitar is easy to learn, but it's hard to master, it all depends on where you want to match. Bass guitars are very easy to get started, most people can master the basics and start playing right away, but learning best bass guitars can also be very advanced, because it is an easy-to-use instrument that can be almost as infinite as possible. The right quality of the correct tuning and playing bass guitar and the richness of the rich tones are truly fascinating. Being a bass guitar player and being able to create such a sound yourself is still a much more exciting.
