Guitar looks nice. However, it's not very playable. The nut is way too high. Very hard to do a full F chord on it. I can fix that by removing the nut, sanding it down and regluing it. May have to sand the bridge down a bit. action may be high as well. Also, the built-in pickup is not very good. The high E and the low E strings are loud. I think it will be a good guitar once I do some work on it. But, not all the strings are the same volume thru the pickup. Nothing I can do about the pickup. Not that I was planning to perform on stage with it. It would just be nice to have properly functioning pickup.

Update: Satisfied with the customer service. They worked with me on my issues.
Upon receiving this Guitar and started unboxing it, I found it packed reasonably pack for it's price point. Double boxed but if FedEx decided to knock it around, I fear this would have been a different topic. So, after removing all loose wrappings I gave everything a quick visual inspection and found Nothing broke or Visually damaged... After rummaging around, I found a required 9volt battery (NOT INCLUDED) I attempted it's first power up... And NOTHING! GREAT! (not so much)

So, after removing all loose wrappings I gave everything a quick visual inspection and found Nothing broke or Visually damaged... After rummaging around, I found a required 9volt battery (NOT INCLUDED) I attempted it's first power up... And NOTHING! GREAT! (not so much)
SO... It's always a bad sign when you have to trouble shoot anything that's BRAND NEW! Breaking out a flashlight and started inspecting the inside body of the guitar and found that the Power leads that run from the on-board 4-band EQ with low-battery-display to the Battery / Cable enclosure was DISCONNECTED! Apparently during assembly who ever Zip-Tied the extra length of leads disconnected it from it's power source and LEFT IT! So remover the 3 screws holding the Battery/connector and removing it. Then Working through the hole in the body, I slowly and gently pulled the power leads out of the zip-tie so I had the full length to make reattachment of leads easy. Replaced battery unit and screws and Everything now works.
Now for the amp... A little touchy and loads of feedback if too close. But Really a Nice rig for the price.
NOW in general, For a $100 acoustic guitar... After giving it a good string stretching and tuning, Not So bad.. Just be aware that Glarry Quality Control seems to turn a blind eye to details. But for now, I'm reasonably satisfied with this purchase.
First, let me say that I have several Glarry guitars and basses, and I am very pleased with them. I ordered the GT102 guitar for my grandson who live in Las Vegas, Nevada. When my wife and I traveled from our home in Amarillo, Texas to Las Vegas for our daughter's birthday, I was extremely disappointed to see the condition of the guitar! The strings were all resting on the fingerboard and it was completely unplayable... I tried to do some adjusting, but it appeared that the bridge may have become damaged and was basically laying at about a 45 degree angle, so the strings were not being supported. I contacted Glarry about the problem and they wanted a video or picture of the problem. My grandson did try to get some pictures, but I haven't been able to send them to Glarry. This has been going on now for a couple months and there has still not been a resolution. I am unable to travel back to Las Vegas just to take care of the guitar, so I may just have to get him a different instrument. Still waiting to hear more from Glarry's support team.

After contacting Glarry about some problems with GT 102 guitar that I had ordered for my grandson, I must say that they were very responsive and were able to resolve
the issues quickly and were more than fair. I will definitely be working with Glarry in the future.
Won this guitar in a contest. Came with heavy gauge strings. Ordering new extra light ones. Intonation is slightly off on a few strings, but WAY off on the lower E string. Don't know if a luthier can fix it. Pickup is microphonic so it feeds back pretty quick, but tone controls are very effective. Overall, a nice sounding guitar if it can be properly set up. Thinking about re-tuning to Hawaiian slack key. Will re-post if I do.
Quality is not what I was expecting. Paint or whatever was used on the back of the body looked old. There are places where it ran. The cord input is loose. Not happy. Would like to return

*Updated Review* ....Writing this updated review to showcase the impeccable custom service I received from Glarry. Was contacted in a timely fashion (just like they said). Rep was very polite and professional. Showing the upmost concern for my situation. Gave me options on how to rectify the issue, which I appreciate. Add two stars to this review. I will definitely be purchasing from you again.
just received my GLARRY GT502.keeping the price tag in mind ,i inspected the guitar the body was okay for the price i paid.
the only thing i would complain about, was the string height. The truss road adjustment was no use. I decided to take the strings off hand sand down the bridge saddle and cut the string nut.
i have played guitar for around 45years,and did repair work myself. I finally got it pretty good after around 2hours.
over all good guitar for the price, just needed set up properly.

Just received my glarry guitar today and it seemed like they sent me a guitar that was returned by a different customer. The headstock was chipped and the sound hole seemed to have been faced with some discoloration and while i was tuning the guitar and noticed it wouldn't tune right i discovered that the bridge pin was displaced and pushed up. May i please be sent a new fresh guitar since it seems like this guitar was a guitar that was sent back by an unsatisfied customer?

The guitar looks nice, it was rather difficult to tune. When tuning, a peg came off and the screw would not go back in. it was only for one peg, but it seemed that it was a factory defect. I have contacted customer service and have yet to hear back in 2 days!! Update: they have contacted me and have been very nice after I have voiced my concerns they were willing to work out a refund. Not a bad starter guitar I may have been unlucky but I am sure this is fit anybody starting out.
Received my Gt502 in a timely fashion, the box was a little tore up, but left only a small mar on the backside edge... Out of the box it was a NICE looking guitar, i got the black matte, but I noticed 4 major things: 1)the headstock and tuner spacing are VERY CLOSE. I fear if I use anything thicker than a 52 that my strings will actually touch each other right before the nut. 2) the strings included are pretty bad, immediately switch them out to some d'addario .52's. 3) the Frets definitely nee ...Received my Gt502 in a timely fashion, the box was a little tore up, but left only a small mar on the backside edge... Once I file them down we shall see. 4) my biggest issue was the obvious warp in the neck - it looked like a recurve bow! I cranked on the truss rod and nothing. At first the rod seemed like it wasn't even a fixed inside the neck but once I got it to turn and tighten it seemed like it may work but it didn't. I actually had to put the damn thing in a vice with a long jig to get the rod to straighten the neck out. Overall though once straightening the neck the best I could, and changing the strings it is playable, and has decent tone.
You sold me a poorly intonated guitar, and you did it knowingly, and you do it every day. It's the least rock n roll thing possible. Luckily the truss rod at least caused good action to be possible.
Can you please adjust the specs on the saddle for future clients?

Many areas in the finish have imperfections; glue at neck joint by cutaway, specks and dirt in the finish. I got the sunburst finish which looks good. Tuners seem ok though I have to tune often but that may be due to the strings so I will have to see after I receive my replacement.String height is a tad higher than I like but there is room to lower the saddle. Slight buzz on the low E when strummed hard which can be adjusted out.
Overall, for the money, it is an ok beater which, once set up properly may prove to be a worthy addition. After all, this is the cheapest new acoustic guitar I have ever bought and the only one to include a gigbag.

The construction is good and the sound is also good but you need to pay ALOT MORE ATTENTION TO FRET WIRE ENDS. If this was for a beginner playing this guitar would tear up their hand and really make them think about playing guitar.
Glarry's customer service is very responsive, which is positive. But both guitars they sent, the original and the replacement, had what I thought were some significant manufacturing issues. The original had the bridge and the neck off-center from the soundhole. The replacement had frets that weren't seated properly on the fretboard that needed adjusting with a fret mallet and other tools. I gave three stars in part because Customer Service reacted quickly to try and solve the problem.

The front of the guitar is patchy. I have some wood oil or stain so I can fix this. There was 10% off the already cheap price so I can't really complain. Thought about returning it for either a refund or a replacement but didn't need the extra hassle and just decided to keep it. For the price and free delivery it's ok.
I got the guitar a week ago and found it unfinished.I had to sand the finish to make it smooth.
Also, the nut was the wrong one for that guitar and I am having a new one made...7 frets are
too high to play without the strings buzzing..It is a very pretty looking guitar and I do love the tone from it..

I bought this guitar to fix up and customize. For the price, I think it's a great deal. But it needs far more work than the Glarry Strat-style electric I customized, especially the binding and finish. That said, it's assembled, and it sounds good, making it a better deal than the much more expensive acoustic kits I've seen.

The item was great and great value for the price. I was not pleased with the fact it was just left on my door with no knock or email or text notification. I've had items stolen from me recently in the mail and was worried about this delivery of such a big item. The only way that I knew that it had arrived was due to the fact that I happened to check the delivery status on FedEx.com. Item Satisfaction is 5, but delivery is 1 in my opinion. Thanks!
Not bad for a beginner guitar. Will not received above 3 stars from me as it does not stay in tune very well with how loose the knobs are. But hey, 40 some dollars and I have a kick around guitar for work.
For the price the guitar is good if you know how to work on them. When mine arrived i was pleased by the looks but it has and still has a few issues but it is now playable. It seems like in different places, the binding is the only thing holding it together. I can see light thru the inside. The most notable defect is the bridge is not centered causing the high e string to set off of the fretboard. I ended up removing the nut and moving it to the low side making it play better. The most notable defect is the bridge is not centered causing the high e string to set off of the fretboard. I ended up removing the nut and moving it to the low side making it play better. I also had to re cut the nut a little. Now it is very playable but far from perfect. It sounds very good , even the bass side and it stays in tune well. I would only recommend someone buying one if they know how to do repairs or is willing to invest at least $100 to fix the issues. Maybe I just got a bad one but I am still fine with my purchase. There is not many places where you can get a full size acoustic that can be made playable for under $50 shipped. I also wish they would change the color of paint on the back and sides. Brown would look good but this comes almost orange. Of course it doesn't affect the playability but it makes it look cheap. A brown paint would make it look more expensive . So if you are willing to take a chance to invest time or money or both, this will be a fun guitar to own not having to worry if something happens to it. Thinking back tho, I did have to restring it because when initially tuning it up. the high e string broke but would recommend that anyway because the strings are probably the worst ever. Maybe i'll do a video review if I get time
To be honest, I was not expecting as much as some of the reviews I've read, as I repair and service guitars and amplifiers, and have played for 38 years. But for the price it's hard to beat what you receive. The guitar arrived with no damage, and that's pretty amazing considering the packaging. Once I tuned the guitar, the action was unusable past the 9th fret. I remove the nut and filed it down 1.5mm and the action was better. Overall the fret dressing was ok. Once I tuned the guitar, the action was unusable past the 9th fret. I remove the nut and filed it down 1.5mm and the action was better. Overall the fret dressing was ok. There were a few frets that needed slight edge dressing, and I polished all of them since I had the strings off. Since a couple of the frets that needed edge dressing were the very upper frets, I applied painter's tape to protect the body. When I removed the tape, it removed bits of the very thin decal around the sound hole. Bummer. The tone of the guitar is average. It will make a nice practice/travel instrument, and that's what I bought it for - I'm not worried about it getting damaged. These are entry level/beginner guitars, and that's what you should expect for the price. You can spend a little more to modify/improve them, but be mindful of the ravers on YT and their reviews. Most of them tend to exaggerate in order to get views and subscribers. :)

Great sound, clear and vibrant. Does not sound tiny like a cheap GC acoustic. Few rough spots on wood but not noticable. Too ofbody does dig into my strumming arm a bit, edge not very smoothed out.
I have purchased several acoustic and electric guitars from Glarry Music. They are a new company with lower priced instruments. I found the GT502 to have sandy grit in the finish coat. After light sanding I was able to get the surface smooth enough to give the guitar away. This instrument has excellent tone after hanging to better strings. I found the neck to be a bit thicker than preferred but the action and weight are quite acceptable.
i just recieved my new guitar today, it looks good, the high e keeps slipping off the lower nut perhaps a small adjustment will fix it,i have m.s.and bought the guitar to work out my hands the strings are garbage, but for this price i can get more strings.i thought it was supposed to come with a pick and there was none.again easy fix.all in all i'm satisfied.
The guitar plays ok it's a bit rough around the edges and the fingerboard had a few small chips in it. Wasn't expecting much so I'm not completely disappointed.
Traditional acoustic guitar are incredibly around and beloved to me. We have sold a variety of acoustic guitar, developed even more of them than I could keep in mind, and engage in a minimum of one or two of them every single day. You control just how the acoustic guitar volume level and strengthen each and every instrument can have by selection of unique hardwood varieties, and different versions inside the acoustic guitar body dimension and depth. How do I to choose the quality of acoustic guitar? Judging timbre from the material and workmanship of the acoustic guitar, the flexibility of each knob determines the sound quality of the acoustic guitar. Best acoustic guitar Feel the better, the string can is very low, this practice would be more than a half. Contrary to reasonably priced acoustic guitar not only feel bad, but also affect the pitch after practice, so buy acoustic guitar not limited to cheap price. the acoustic guitar is generally created using a soundboard, a resonant cavity, and a noise pack. As you may observe from the acoustic guitar, there may be rounded golf hole or hollow in the middle, which generates tunes as soon as the strings vibrate. Nonetheless, for reside performances, the audio may be estimated through microphones or pickups. It will always be located towards the bottom area in the instrument which may be put in to a mixing machine or amplifier. Other areas in the traditional acoustic instrument being observed and appreciated would be the strings, which generally amount to six in many instances.
