It's really nice. I've never owned a violin before but it sounds good. My children & I have a lot of fun trying to play.

This little 1/4 size violin is very pretty. It's definitley not concert quality because it is so small but it does the job and my son's learning at a fast pace. I did purchase a better bow since the bow quality of this outfit is poor. But, for the money, the violin and case are great.

Nice. This includes case, bow, rosin, extra strings, a shoulder rest, a tuner and violin. Good price.

My daughter wanted to try violin and we didn't want to commit to a rental for 1 year or spend a lot and find out she didn't like it. The violin came with all accessories and after tuning it, the sound was pretty good. 1 complaint is the bow hair is not very good. The bow hair also doesn't seem to have the correct tension, we had to tighten the bow more than expected to get a clean sound.

Excellent starter violin with everything that's needed to start playing. Great value, great price.

It seems a big thing that helps retain the quality of this violin at a low price is similar to what's done on lower priced yet still good quality electric guitars. There is a satin finish on the violin, which is a creates lower cost in production. The build and playability are great. The case is sturdy, and mine came with strings, an extra bridge, bow, tuner, and rosin.

When it first arrived the strings were very loose but after a couple of hours got the violin to sound perfect, but the bow it came with was bent in, can't use the bow, had to use a different bow from a previous violin. But other than that this violin is great, and it takes a minute to get used too.

Excellent violin for a child and beginner. My granddaughter loved it and is really enjoying her violin lessons.

Great little violin and accessories for a beginner. The violin sounds decent and stays in tune for the most part.

My violin bow came in damaged and they refunded me for the cost of a new one. I was very happy. They were fast and honest. I will buy from them again.

After a quick setup and rosining of the bow I tested out the sound, and it's really not a bad sounding instrument. It was a little persnickety to tune, but as long as you get it close to the note the microtuners did their job adequately. I don't see a beginner violinist having a hard time playing this so long as you have someone who knows what they are doing set it up. It's no Stradivarius, but it will get the job done and look pretty doggone cool doing it.

I'm a newbie!!! Still not sure how to tune it. Couldn't get a sound from the string after applying the rosin to the bow. Seems like a nice beginner violin though, lol! Looks great too! I'm sure once I do some more research and attempt to FIDDLE (pun intended) with it more my daughter and I will love it.

I do plan on replacing this violin as my kids go to middle school and advance, but for beginners this is great for the price.

The build quality is great for the price and it comes with a lot of additional things that are great to get you started. The sound is what you would expect from a cheap violin but it is great for practicing.

I really couldn't tell a difference between the nice violins and my kids and at BEGINNING level they all sound similar. Love its price.

A master violinist (and teacher) told me it was great for the price and had fairly good sound. She said the biggest problem with cheap violins is that they can't be tuned. This violin is fairly easy to tune but make sure the pegs are pushed in because they can become loose and then it becomes impossible to tune. It gets out of tune fairly easy so learn how to tune (it's fairly easy with a violin tuning app) and how to restring (YouTube tutorial). Also, new violins (new strings) take a few weeks ...
