Outstanding service -- shipped right away and arrived sooner than expected! The keyboard is all AND MORE than I expected -- there are more features and sounds available The fully weighted keys feel like an acoustic piano. I would buy it again in a heart beat.

I can't say enough about the customer service support and communication from Glarry. They honor their return policy within the guidelines. We decided to upgrade the keyboard purchase from semi weighted to fully-weighted, which in hindsight as a pianist, we should have done in the first place. Every interaction, and I had many questions, was delightful and informative. If you are looking for a good quality prouct at a nice price point, give Glarry a try! You won't regret it.

The piano works and sounds great! The only problem was that the instructions said to put four screw into predrilled holes that go all the way through the boards. But the holes were only partially drilled. We decided to purchase wooden dowels for more stability.
