I briefly owned a cheap cello, bought from one of the major online sellers and it was so bad I ended up donating it to a thrift store, so I was reluctant to buy another cheap priced cello, but after watching a professional cellist playing and reviewing a Glarry cello online I decided to give the GC201 cello a try; it arrived today, in perfect condition and I'm very happy with it; it's very well made, it plays well and only a minor bridge adjustment will be needed, for me; it's very good overall and the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to the fingerboard being advertised as made of ebony and it's not; it's painted black, looks like ebony, but the real clear wood color shows underneath, where it was not painted; looking forward to purchase other Glarry instruments, in the future
