Generally speaking, we arrange for shipment within 48 hours after placing the order. Individual orders may be delayed due to temporary shortages. We provide free shipping and paid courier services. Express shipping freight depends on the quantity of goods.All orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS or Fedex or Yodel or Royal Mail or Herms.

TIPS:
1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States（excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam）、United Kingdom.
2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
Once an order is placed, we do not recommend that you change your address or cancel order, as our warehouse and customer service are separate departments and we cannot guarantee that your request will be forwarded to our warehouse in a timely manner.
Orders cannot be cancelled when it has been shipped. But you can return your order as you receive it by contacting our Customer Service and getting a RL(prepaid return shipping label).
Please remember, shipment in transit is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays. But we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast. If the package gets lost in transit, we’ll resend for you.
