Kathleen Middle School is a public school located in Lakeland, Florida, which is in a large suburb setting. There are more than 600 students in grades 6-8, with a student-teacher ratio of 15 to 1. The school enrolls 64% of students with financial difficulties.

As far as we know, this is an underserved school and there is a great demand, especially in terms of musical instrument equipment and services. To make matters worse, during the pandemic, the school was hit by a tornado caused by a strong rainstorm and destroyed part of the band building.

Glarry has always been committed to helping realize more musical dreams. This time is no exception. We eagerly hope to help this school and the children who love music.

Therefore, we worked with Acoustic For A Change, a local musical instrument charity organization. According to the actual needs of the students, we donated many high-value electric guitars and ukuleles to the school on May 25, 2021. We believe that the epidemic and tornadoes cannot stop the wings of children's musical dreams from flying high.
