That's when I decided to get this electronic keyboard for my daughter. Let me tell you, the mechanical action on this keyboard is absolutely outstanding. While it's not exactly the same as a traditional piano, I must say that the difference between my best and worst mechanical pianos is more significant than the gap between this keyboard and most mechanical ones. The weighted keys provide a remarkably realistic feel, with a heavier touch in the lower notes and a genuine latching sensation. Having a realistic action is essential for piano learners, and a good teacher can easily spot the difference when you don't have access to an instrument with authentic weighting and action. The sound is good, although not mind-blowing. With over 200 synthesized instruments and voices, they do manage to sound quite realistic, but it's clear that they are not genuine acoustic instruments. Overall, I am more than satisfied with this instrument. If you're looking for something to practice piano on when unable to accommodate a mechanical piano, this is an excellent choice.

Needed a keyboard for my kid's piano lessons. Started small, but quickly upgraded to this one with the full 88 keys. Did my research, watched YouTube reviews, and this was the best bang for the buck. My kid's playing has improved so much, and they love practicing on it. Definitely recommended!
