Questions about the overhang of the GIB bass 24 frets
Many customers have questions about GIB bass. There is a 1/2 inch gap where the neck meets the fret board. The fret board is longer than the neck. Actually this is normal. Because this bass is 24 frets, in order to ensure the standard distance between the last fret and the end of the fretboard, the fretboard is emptied by one piece. This is standard practice. Moreover, the bass of 24 frets is wider than that of 23 frets, which can fit more playing styles.
