Maybe you will be confused about AMP - Why the sound is not available or the sound is murmur.
Check if the volume of the guitar is turned on, the audio is connected to the power, the switch is turned on, and the audio volume is turned on.
First step, you should check whether it is a problem with the AMP itself. Test with earplugs, you can figure out wheather have sound without AMP.
If there is sound, it is a problem with the AMP, you need to replace/repair the AMP.
If the sound is not available or the sound is murmur. Maybe the line of the jack is gone, you'd better unscrew the screws(see the picture below), and weld them on.(make sure weld them on correctly.)
